With 36.1 million trick-or-treaters visiting homes in 2006, it is not surprising that we all want our homes as "Halloweenish" possible for the big night to look for.
Here are some simple ideas for Halloween decorating your home look festive, but do not break the bank.

Changing light bulbs in outdoor lights, lanterns or lights up orange. If you can not find orange bulbs, you can buy cheap Halloween themed stringLights (like Christmas lights) and hang them outside.
Make Your Own Lights
Place at home Halloween lights at the curb or sidewalk to your front door. You can easily and economically produce lamps of paper bags for lunch. You can leave the original brown or spray paint them orange.
On each bag, lightly with a pencil, draw a sketch of a ghost, pumpkin, or spider. With a pencil or nail, poke holes about every inch alongthe contours of the drawing.
Fill each bag with about 1 ½ -2 cups of sand. Put a candle in a glass votive holder and securely place the votive in the sand (or glow sticks, if you're leaving the house unattended). Light the votives have sunset on Halloween night at home and a nice glow on Halloween.
Create your own scarecrow
With the old trousers, an old flannel shirt, hay and straw hat, you can use your house with a livingfriendly scarecrow welcoming your trick-or-treaters. Other supplies you will need twine, permanent marker, an old pillowcase and a chair outdoors.
